You can purchase a city adventure directly from our website by selecting the adventure you’re interested in and following the checkout process. You’ll be asked to provide your basic contact information and your travel dates.
Why do I need to provide my travel dates?
Having your expected dates of travel allows us to coordinate your adventure with seasonal events and other special occasions.
What types of adventures are available?
We offer a variety of adventures, including art experiences, cultural tours, food experiences, and historical walks. We aim to create adventures that will interest the majority of travelers. Our adventures are aimed at identifying the local gems that you might miss if you just did an internet search for something fun to do. You’ll find venues off the beaten path yet worthy of a visit.
Can I request a custom adventure?
Yes, you can request a custom adventure at no cost up front. Simply fill out our custom adventure request form, and our team will create a personalized experience just for you. You will be notified by our team when the adventure is ready for purchase. The newly created adventure will be listed on sale for $14.99 for the first 7 days after its creation to give you a chance to purchase it directly. After 7 days, it will go to the regular price of $19.99 for custom adventures.
Do I need an account to purchase adventures?
Yes, creating an account is necessary to purchase and access your adventures. This allows you to manage your purchases and retrieve your adventures at any time, from any device. It’s important to have your itineraries available on the go, so we wanted to be sure to bring them to you in the most mobile-friendly format possible.
How long do I have access to my adventures?
Once purchased, you will get immediate access to your adventure. You will retain access to your adventure until 7 days after your return date. This allows some flexibility in case your travel dates change, and to allow you time after the trip to reminisce and review the adventure. (Reviews are very important to keeping this service affordable!)
What if I have a problem on my adventure?
Please contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We are here to help ensure your adventure goes smoothly and will do whatever is needed to ensure a good experience for you.
Are there options for people with dietary restrictions?
Yes! We aim to provide adventures that will accommodate the largest number of travelers possible. We want to help a lot of people have a great time! Many of our adventures can be customized to accommodate dietary restrictions and specialized interests, and we even have a category for gluten-free dining. If you have other special needs, feel free to request an adventure and we will put something together for you.
How can I leave a review for an adventure?
After completing an adventure, you’ll have the option to leave a review on the website to share your experience with others. Please leave your honest review about the experience as a whole.
